Water Submetering Informational Meeting - July 11, 2016 @ 6:00pm

An informational meeting has been scheduled for July 11, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Mt. Zion Church on Ajo Way to present the alternative option of water submetering that was discussed in the recent survey. Please be aware that this is NOT a Board Meeting, but will be moderated by Vice-President Alex Manzonelli and Secretary Lorie Martin. The presentation will be made by Lorie Minshull of Utility Submetering Solutions. She will discuss the particulars of the water submetering concept and exactly what it entails. With all the speculative comments that have been recently circulated by uninformed individuals, all Owners should make an effort to attend this meeting. We realize that some owners are out of state and unable to attend; therefore, an attempt will be made to provide audio of the presentation afterwards, along with any handouts presented.
