NEW & REVISED KV POLICIES - (PLEASE REVIEW)

All owners shall review and be aware of the below policy changes so there are no surprises when future action is taken.

1) A-2019-01 Delinquent Account Collection Policy: Revised to include the initiation of a water restrictor being installed on a unit when delinquent on HOA dues, and owner being responsible for fees involved.

2) A-2019-02 Rules Enforcement Policy: Revised to include the required State law of providing at least a 21 day period to comply prior to violation/fine.

3) A-2019-03 Social Committee Policy: New Policy established for recently recognized Social Committee.
