IMPORTANT UPDATE: NEW P-2018-01 General Rules & Regulations

At the Board Meeting on April 14, 2018, the current Resolution Policy P-2017-01 (General Rules & Regulations) was canceled and replaced with the new Resolution Policy P-2018-01 (General Rules & Regulations). It is unfortunate that the Association has to keep adding rules, but due to recent issues, four (4) new rules had to be adopted in an attempt to gain further compliance, and in maintaining the safety and appearance of the community. The four (4) new rules and regulations establish:1) 10 miles per hour speed limit;2) Prohibition of Altering Pool/Spa Controls; 3) Violation for Vehicles Leaking Excessive Fluid; and 4) Mandatory Times for Unit Exterior Lighting to be functioning.It is very important that any owner renting/leasing their unit provide a copy of this new Resolution Policy P-2018-01 (General Rules & Regulations) to their tenants as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days. Remember owners are responsible for tenants' behavior and subsequent violations.
